TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

By booking and hiring our services you are accepting the following terms and conditions:‍‍

Participants must be over 15 years old and accompanied by an adult.

​

Travelers must have a valid passport (minimum 6 months of validity after the date of travel). This must have at least 2 blank pages for the date of travel.

​

This itinerary is physically demanding. Participants cannot have health problems that affect their mobility. This includes vision, breathing, or motor problems. Travelers must be able to keep pace with the rest of the group and move without assistance (canes, crutches, walkers, wheelchairs or the help of other individuals).

​

This itinerary is a guide to what is included, but the order of activities could change due to considerations of time, traffic or weather conditions or other elements beyond our control such as repairs instead of visiting locations.

 

Covid19:

 

No COVID 19 vaccinations or tests are required.VisaIf you are a US citizen, we will tell you if you require a visa for this destination, but Turistika Travel by GWT and Juliana No are not responsible for you meeting their entry requirements to the country you visit.

 

This tour is insured and created by Turistika Travel by GWT and its subsidiaries. Juliana No is simply a guide and the person who suggests locations and itineraries.If you are not American, please contact your local consulate to verify the updated entry requirements. Please note that Turistika Travel and Juliana No are not responsible for last-minute changes to their requirements by governments.

 

Travel Insurance:

 

It is recommended to protect your investment by obtaining travel insurance. Ideally, it should cover trip interruption and have medical coverage for accidents and illness, including COVID. You can purchase your insurance policy through Turistika Travel or with your favorite insurance agency. Travel with peace of mind.‍

 

Paid:

 

5% of the amount is charged if paying by credit card. You can save this fee by paying via PayPal or Zelle.

 

Cancellations:

 

Amounts paid are non-refundable. If you cancel within the 45-day period prior to the trip date, you will not be entitled to credit since, by the date, all suppliers have been paid. If you have to cancel, you can recover your investment through your travel insurance.

 

On the other hand, if the trip had to be canceled due to decisions by the government of the country to visit (such as pandemics or border closures), we would work to reschedule the trip for a future date and your money would automatically be credited to it.

 

If you have to cancel your trip due to major causes; such as a medical diagnosis, death of a close family member, you will be given a credit to be used on a later trip (as long as you present evidence from an authorized medical source and dated corresponding to the trip) with the understanding that, although it would be attempted, it cannot be guarantee that this trip (for calendar reasons) can be escorted by Juliana No.

 

*‍Turistika Travel by GWT and Juliana do not reserve the right to expel passengers who significantly disrupt the smooth running of the trip before and during it.Juliana No is not responsible fot the delivery and commitment of any of the items of this trip. Turistika Travel is the entity responsible for the trip.In case of major reason impeding her from traveling (health, legal, and other) ,

Juliana No will find a substitute to accompany the group in her place.
